Bosnian is a South Slavic language spoken primarily in Bosnia and Herzegovina, by 2 million people. Up until the dissolution of former Yugoslavia, Bosnian was included in the Serbo-Croatian language. Though all three languages remain mutually intelligible, the Bosnian language is beginning to take a distinctive shape. Bosnian uses the Latin alphabet.
